I really appreciated reading this when looking up the difference between systems vs goal oriented thinking. Especially your explanation at the end of a system being a by-product of a good fit. We don't realize how all of us actually have systems, we just never had to question them because they come so naturally.

How will the manage.py look in this case where you have put all the code in __init__.py.
"from example import app" in manage.py is indicated with error in my pycharm IDE. Could you please explain ?

When it comes time to needed support for example image upload Apache work best. Apache is a much more dependable option. It may be a little more complicated to run but worth the processing

Hi,
I am new to development altogether. I am a security engineer and programmer by profession, but not really a developer. I am trying to learn Flask now through this awesome series https://github.com/realpyth.... All of it makes perfect sense until I reached the part with Blueprints.
Hence, I am looking forward to some help here with understanding the basic concept of Blueprints in Flask. Your article is very nice but I still somehow do not get a clear picture as to what Blueprints do and why should I use them? I did go through the official documentation and still could not make complete sense out of it. Also, I went through the following SO http://stackoverflow.com/qu..., where the analogy was nice but I could not make a connection between the analogy and Blueprints itself.

So would you mind helping me understand the very basics of Blueprints in Flask ? So let's say for example, when we say @app.route(some_route) I can understand that, but when we are saying @blueprint.route('/'), what does it mean ? How is it making any difference ? What is it's use?

Put them in the static directory. Use url_for('static', filename='...') to retreive their url.

Thanks a lot. I like unity too but the dash was really too sluggish and cumbersome for my taste (compared to gnome-do).

Also, for Ubuntu 13.10 (Saucy Salamander), Synapse seems to have been added to the official Universe repository so the "add-apt-command" is not necessary anymore.
